In-the-Floor Underfloor Heating

Our in-the-floor UFH systems are ideal for new-build homes and extensions with solid, screeded or embedded floor installations. The Red Floor Panel System provides best practice for installation with built-in castellations with pre-set spacings which helps guide pipe circuits in spiral layouts at 100mm or 200mm centres. The castellations also lift the pipe off the base allowing for screed coverage around the full circumference of the pipe. Use of the panel cuts screed use up to ~15% based on a 65mm screed (min. 40mm domestic / 50mm commercial). For budget-conscious projects, the Staple System offers freehand fixing with minimal materials, while Clip Rail provides notched rails for consistent serpentine spacing. Where floor height is critical, we also offer our Low Profile 15 system which uses self-adhesive interlocking panels (minimum total screed height 35mm, 100-150-200mm centres) and also reduces screed usage. All systems work with traditional or liquid screeds.
