Our versatile range of hyper-flexible, pre-insulated single pipe systems designed for the efficient transport of heating, sanitary hot water, cooling, and potable water in buried distribution networks. The systems feature high-quality PE‑Xa to SDR11/PN6-rated or HDPE to SDR11/PN16-rated carrier pipes tailored to the application, including oxygen-barrier for heating and HDPE for cold water and cooling pipe installations.
Each pipe is insulated with multi-layer, cross-linked microcellular PE-X foam, offering long-lasting, non-ageing thermal performance and permanent elasticity, even after repeated bending. A robust, UV-resistant, double-walled corrugated HDPE outer jacket provides superior protection against mechanical impact and moisture while maintaining flexibility.
All of these pipes are suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications including district heating, holiday resorts, and individual water supply. Our range also includes a cold water pipe equipped with integrated self-regulating heating cables to prevent freezing in exposed installations.
