At Polypipe Building Products, our strength lies in our people. Last night, we gathered to celebrate the heart of our business at the Trademark Behaviour Awards. It was an inspiring evening dedicated to the individuals and teams who consistently lived our core values throughout 2025 and 2026.

These awards aren't just about performance; they are about the culture we build together every day.

Recognising Our Values in Action

The "Trademark Behaviour" categories highlight the specific actions that drive our success. We were proud to honour colleagues who embody our three pillars:

  • We Work Together: Celebrating the power of collaboration and mutual support.
  • We Take Ownership: Recognising those who step up and lead by example.
  • We Find a Better Way: Applauding the innovators who challenge the status quo to improve our processes and products.

A Legacy of Dedication: Decades of Loyalty

The most emotional highlight of the evening was our Long Service Awards. In an industry that is constantly evolving, we are incredibly proud to foster a workplace where people choose to build lifelong careers.

We celebrated colleagues who have been with the business for over 33 years, with several incredible individuals now exceeding the 40-year milestone.

"Our long-serving colleagues are the backbone of Polypipe Building Products. Their deep expertise, institutional memory, and unwavering dedication are the foundation of everything we achieve."
