We've been getting into the Christmas spirit here at Polypipe Building Products with some fantastic community events and celebrations, reinforcing our commitment to the local area that we call home.
We were proud sponsors of this year's Doncaster Deaf Trust Christmas Light Switch-On. What a brilliant community event, packed with stalls, food, Santa visits, and festive cheer!
The Trust does incredible work supporting children and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, and it was great to be part of an evening that means so much to local families. A huge well done to the team for putting on a truly fantastic and memorable event!
Festive Lunch Treat for Our Staff 🍽️
Back at our Doncaster sites, we celebrated the hard work of our team with a spectacular Christmas meal. A huge thank you to the lovely team at Thomas Franks for putting on a wonderful festive lunch! Complete with seasonal decorations, crackers, and classic carols, it truly kicked off the Christmas season for our dedicated staff.
Doncaster Minster Christmas Magic ✨
We were also honoured to be part of a lovely Christmas event at Doncaster Minster, organised by the Doncaster Chamber of Commerce, helping to create some festive magic for local families.
Head of L&D, Jazz Jones, shared the impact of the team's contribution:
"The generosity of the Polypipe Building Products Team meant we were able to donate gifts that will now be passed on by The Salvation Army, helping make Christmas brighter for children and families across our community. With festive stalls, hot chocolate, and the sound of the Salvation Army Brass Band, it really did feel like Christmas had started."
